You came with me through Johnny Castaway and Johnny Castaway II, a unique twist on modern levels, known for their flashing colors and excessive orb gameplay; through The Factory of Mysts, a demon made by WaterBound which I verified; through CARRION, a pixel 9 star based off of the 2020 horror video game that goes by the same name; through The Sporb Trilogy, consisting of fast and alive pixel levels The Sporb Prelude, The Underearth, and Cycle of Dungeons; through Hypernova, a short level that won the Octo Gauntlet; and yet you still want more from me.

However, I didn't know what to add to my ever-growing list of exciting levels until I saw that my good friend YummyGarathon announced a Creator Contest, focusing purely on art and effect-styled levels, the winning prize being a legendary collaboration with the player himself. I therefore decided that I had to at least give the contest a shot, so I began working.

When I say "I began working",  it means working on and off, kind of like a top-secret project, but after five grueling months of work, I can officially say that I have finished creating my magnum opus, Nacreus Snowmelt, a level with multiple YummyGarathon references. Therefore, let me give you a brief tour of the level.

Section One (EthereaL Lunchtime Callback)

The level begins with five clocks (Made of particles) ticking to the beat of the music as floating platforms, as you jump over them with the mini cube. Then, you go through a ship section that speeds up the gameplay and changes sizes a few times. The ball section after replicates the ship part; it also changes in size. A 2x speed portal with the cube finishes this part off with a transition to the next section...

Easter Egg

If you die on the first spike, text will appear saying "Noob Alert," to mock the player and demotivate them. This was done because I was bored in the editor.

Section Two (Cityscape)

This section begins with a fast-paced movement between several game modes in a city with a pink, purple, and black color scheme. This section slows down and speeds up, as well as some thrusters that hold up part of the level for a futuristic vibe. This part finishes with a dash orb that has particles that look like the wind that transitions to the pre-drop.

Section Three (The Gem of Time)

This section is composed of a few things: Robot, Cube, and Ship. The entire section is fast-paced and is pretty unpredictable. This part is meant to be a filler for other parts, as well as testing the player's skill with fast gameplay. As a transition from Section Three to Section Four, there is a message saying "WAKE UP".

Easter Egg

If you die on the first spike after the transition from Section Two to Section Three, you will be greeted with a message saying, "Pathetic".

Section Four (Skies Above the Rij)

Before I explain this part, you must understand what the Rij is. The Rij is a world created by a few players, including YummyGarathon. The story behind the Rij can be found in a few levels. Anyways, in this final section, you are above a collection of clouds, navigating yourself around ruins. Pink orbs navigate the player to the endscreen. Section Four easily took up the majority of the time creating the level because I had to find my new art style. The endscreen includes dedications.
